What is Draw?

A draw is a game that ends without a winner—the result is shared equally (½–½😉. Draws can occur by: (1) stalemate; (2) agreement; (3) threefold repetition; (4) the fifty-move rule; (5) insufficient material; or (6) dead position. A draw is also the result under the seventy-five-move rule and fivefold repetition.
