Jay from CT - USA. I generally make 1 move (per game) per night. However, if work is interfering with my schedule, days might go by without a move.

I'll usually give several reminders and then a few 'grace' days but if I have not heard anything specific from you or you have not toggled your 'vacation' setting I will time you out.

I will not resign unless material imbalance is huge (6+). If mate is so easy... then prove it.
