I grew up in Texas but ended up in Oklahoma about 45 years ago. I am a business broker and consultant since 1980 specializing in the sale of main street to middle market companies. I was married 44 years with 3 grown children, 3 grandchildren and one Great Grandson.

I learned chess as a young boy in Angleton, Texas, but rarely played until the Fischer/Spassky match-Iceland 1972. I started playing Correspondence Chess by mail thru the USCF about 31 years ago, but later found their email chess a little disappointing.
