People have a funny memory it seems. With the country in really good economic shape as Trump 47 came into power, Trump repeatedly proclaimed the economy under Biden was terrible. And because Trump dishonestly repeated this lie, his supporters believed him. So then Trump started to wreck the economy. Tariffs here tariffs there, tax cuts that really pushed up the debt, ending programs that kept farmers in business and then starting a middle east war that has cost billions even before the impact of increased oil prices really started to negatively impact the economy. But Trump apparently was making America great again. No, the only thing Trump was doing was making his wallet great again.
