As to your other points about fixing things, I would say that there is always administration activity going on wrestling these problems. You cannot deny that. They are not playing golf. But here’s the big question since you brought it up. What would your friend Kamala do?WHAT ARE THE DEM PLANS?!?!?!?!!!
They talk about, say, affordability, but they have No Plan to make things affordable. Can you tell us THEIR plan?

All current GOP policies are inflationary and divergent from traditional party values.

Dems plans are to reverse that. Re-establish taxation on rich people. Remove taxes that burden small businesses trying to buy stuff from overseas, and taxes that slim the profit margins for farmers. Fix the immigration system so that we aren't detaining and deporting people for no reason. Reduce costs and stress of health care. Balance the budget. Support innovation and R&D. Start punishing white collar crime again.

I love this one.I’ve taught this stuff! To start with to level things, just a tad, A policy can have a worthy goal without actually achieving that goal, and a policy that benefits one group can impose costs on another Now….

Define rich. How much additional revenue will your proposal raise? And how much economic activity, investment, and business expansion might it discourage? If raising taxes on wealthy people is the answer to every economic problem, why not simply keep raising them until every problem disappears? This may be your weakest comment. Dam unrealistic.
Higher taxes on wealthy people can raise revenue. But the outcome depends on the tax design, how people respond, and what the government does with the money. Do you think of THAT!?!? Geez. Libs. Get their money! Note throughout your post that you care not that the obvious grinding down of production, innovation and successes will come to A Crawl. Stop in some cases. So you oppose tariffs because they raise costs for small businesses and consumers. Fair enough. But then why are you presenting the rest of your economic program as though every Democratic policy will automatically reduce prices? Which taxes will you eliminate, how much will that save businesses, and how much will it cost the Treasury? A bit inconsistent. I will be grading your paper..
Keep the tradeoff in mine. Tariffs can protect some domestic producers, but they ALSO raise costs for businessses that import materials and products. Be aware theCBO has identified higher import cost as a dragg on economic growth.
