How do I search term "stalemate" in forum? What are RHP rules for declaring stalemate?

Cannot search forum for word term, only Author?

Is there a stalemate can be claimed after 3 times same position is repeated in a game? Will this automatically appear as an option to click in my game, if player is determined to repeat the same move?

Yes, if the circumstances creating a stalemate have occurred there will be an option to claim it.

Thanks Alan, it is my move now, so I should claim draw instead of moving? Is that how it works?

Press claim draw then move. If it's a legal draw ie 3 move repetition then the game will be over and a draw awarded. If it's not then the game will continue.
