No. It's one of the worst openings for White. Black already holds a clear advantage because White has ignored central development and has compromise king safety. Black should win relatively easily. All Black has to do is develop sensibly, put more & more pressure on the centre, and avoid screwing up. I don't think I've ever lost as Black when White has made such nonsensical opening moves like this.

I always seem to lose when I play it.
No, playing g4, e5, and f3 is a terrible opening choice because it immediately allows Black to win the game in just two moves with Fool's Mate.
You also have resigned 3 games after one move; maybe go somewhere else with your garbage; you are obviously not here to play chess.
