One of the hardest bits about doing this Blog is thinking up a title.
I have been advised to always use the word 'Chess' in a the title as
this helps the web crawlers (what ever they are) to guide people here.

I was a bit a wary about using Why Do People read Chess Books? as
it reeks of click-bait. I did toy with The Budapest + Chess but that
looked stupid. so that is why the title is the opening line to a cartoon.

Two puzzles.

Then a look at a trap/pitfall that has snared a large number of players in the
Budapest Gambit. I then give a variation where White avoids the trap/pitfall
and show a Black a line where the Budapest Gambiteer can sacrifice both Rooks
