Yeah we said the word cheating. Why it was removed I don't know but that I'm sure it's the excuse.

It's not like OTB where your opponent is facing you.
I do take skulls to free my game load up,but only after a month of no moves from him.
I admire your morals, but you might consider that fact that your opponents have the same chance of being in the hospital unable to play for a few weeks as you do. If you both take skulls, it will even out with more accurate ratings for both in the long run.

Separating timeouts from the rating system is unlikely to happen.
I just thought some others may have an opinion as there is always debates about the system on here.
