Yes a "biological male" i.e. a person that says "male" on their birth certificate should be able to compete in girls and women's sports events IF they have had " had some significant gender affirming treatment that altered their bodily traits" and "unless and until there was compelling scientific evidence that girls and women who receive such treatments retain a marked physical advantage over female athletes."

Actually, I misspoke. I’m not thinking about trying to discuss gender affirming. I am a male / female, kind of guy.
